Glyceryl Rosinante, also known as Glycerol Ester of Gum Rosin or Ester Gum, is a food additive that is soluble in oil. It possesses a high density that aids in maintaining the suspension of oils in water, making it commonly employed as a beverage stabilizer. Additionally, it is extensively used as a base ingredient in the manufacturing of chewing gums. Moreover, it can be used as a substitute for brominated vegetable oil in citrus-flavored soft drinks, and in certain instances, both ingredients may be used in combination.
